HEAL 423: Gritty Emergency Medicine
Having prior EMT experience, student can expect real life experiences/knowledge applied to cases. They will learn what type of care is given in the field versus in a hospital setting in the case of an emergency.

Bianca Sanchez
Bianca Sanchez is a first year MD student at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. She is a Florida native and attended the University of Florida in Gainesville where she obtained a Bachelors in Microbiology with a Minor in French. She has a particular interest in Emergency Medicine, Cardiology, and Trauma Surgery. When not studying, she enjoys baking, embroidery, hiking with her dog, weightlifting, and watching movies with her friends.
