Clinical Shadowing

Kelly Conley is a fourth year MD/MPH student at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She was born and raised in Miami, FL (just a few miles from campus!) but flew across the country to attend college at Stanford University, where she majored in Human Biology. She then stayed in California a little while longer to work at a chronic illness research institute. Now back in her hometown for medical school, she has worked to expand access to harm reduction and healthcare services for people who inject drugs in South Florida. She is passionate about medical education, having worked as an anatomy TA, a neuroscience camp counselor, a tutor, and a peer group facilitator during her time at Miller. After graduating in May, Kelly will be staying at UM for her residency in psychiatry. Outside of medicine, she enjoys cooking, lounging on the beach, and watching bad holiday movies.
