HEAL 436: Intro to Dermatology

Dermatology is an incredibly hands-on and visual field of medicine and this course is designed to help students understand the basics of dermatology. Students will learn the tools to describe what they see in dermatologic patients.

Instructor

Gregory Brea, MD

My name is Dr. Gregory Brea and I am from Trumbull, CT. I am an internal medicine resident at Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University ultimately looking to specialize in gastroenterology. I completed my undergraduate education at Colgate University and majored in Neuroscience. I’ve worked in multiple teaching positions including being a teacher’s assistant for pathology and anatomy. My goal is to make medicine as easy to digest as possible because it takes time and patience to feel comfortable with the overwhelming amount of information out there.
